The art of coming home to yourself and others
Facilitated by Ana da Costa and Ann Heathcote
A unique workshop, which encapsulates the wisdom of sacred circle dancing and psychotherapy.
Nowadays we often have extremely busy lives with little opportunity to prioritize space and time for ourselves or others. The aim of this workshop is to provide a day to nourish our mind, body and spirit, resourcing ourselves within a circle of women.
This enriching day will encompass sacred circle dancing, involving movement and gentle, symbolic dances, and personal development, including heart breathing, visualization, relaxation and self-reflection exercises.
Previous experience of dancing not required. This is not a workshop for in-depth psychotherapy. This is a workshop for women.

THERAPY GROUPS IN NORTH WEST MANCHESTER
Co-facilitated by
Henry Percival and Hannah Legge - CTA BACP
All therapy issues can be worked on in a group setting and you’re welcome to join us.
Some therapy issues are particularly well suited to being explored in a group setting. For example, should you:
· Suffer from social anxiety and want to feel confident around others instead
· Want to become more assertive or learn to manage your anger
· Want to learn how to communicate more effectively with others
· Want to improve the quality of your relationships
· Want to avoid feeling shame or humiliation
· Go quiet in groups and want to find your voice
In the group you will have the opportunity to work with both a male and a female therapist at the same time, so these groups are also particularly beneficial for people who have gender specific therapy issues, for example, if you have difficulties making good relationships with women or men.
Always, we strive to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment where you can make the changes you want to make.
